In Using OpenEars in Your App there is reference to a 5000 word pre-rolled vocabulary with a link to an anchor (#gigawordvocab) that doesn’t seem to exist. Where can I find those instructions?

As a related matter, it would be very helpful if there were a table of contents for all the tutorial pages.

I’ll look into what happened to that anchor link, but the part you want to read begins with the line “If you want to use a pre-rolled vocabulary-sized ARPA language model for Pocketsphinx” [....].
