I downloaded the OpenEars distribution, but I can’t find the dictionary file.

As part of the standardization of lookup dictionaries to allow more languages than just English, it has been renamed to LanguageModelGeneratorLookupList.text and moved to the AcousticModelEnglish.bundle.
