Listening any words of background and giving wrong result

Hello,

I added OpenEar framework for testing purpose. I am facing an issue like it is taking random words generated at its background and giving output from its vocabulary only without word matches. And also, if no one is uttering a single word then it automatically recognizes a word from its vocabulary.
Please let me know the solution for the above problems.
